Joshua Weinstein concentrates his practice in real estate and corporate law as they relate to condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations along with cooperatives (co-ops).

He has counseled numerous clients on association operation and management, including: review and drafting of by-laws, declarations, service agreements, dispute resolution, liability concerns, collections, foreclosures, property tax delinquency issues, and property tax assessment appeals.

Joshua takes pride in his straightforward approach to counseling clients towards effective resolutions to association problems. His creative strategies have helped secure favorable outcomes for numerous associations, and he constantly strives to successfully and efficiently guide his clients through every issue, from the most routine to the most complex.

Joshua received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He joined KSN in 2010, working as a full-time law clerk while attending law school, before joining the firm as an attorney in 2015.
